CampusCare Counseling

A group practice serving young adults

Our mission

We aim to provide quality mental health services to support undergraduate and graduate students, and young adults in navigating demands of today’s world.

Preparing for and entering adulthood can be a meaningful time of growth, self-exploration, and opportunity, while also bringing significant responsibilities and challenges. Young adulthood is a critical period for developing independence, establishing relationships, exploring identity, and building the foundation for a healthy and fulfilling adult life. However, rapid technological, social, cultural, and economic changes have created additional challenges for young adults, leaving many vulnerable to a range of significant mental health difficulties.

In recent years, the number and severity of mental health challenges experienced by young adults have continued to increase. Young adults benefit from mental health services that recognize the unique developmental characteristics, experiences, and needs of this stage of life. At the same time, and encouragingly, stigma surrounding mental health difficulties has continued to decrease, allowing more young adults to seek support when they need it.

We recognize the challenges that young adults face in navigating this important stage of life. Our goal is to provide accessible, supportive, and developmentally informed services that meet the diverse mental health needs of young adults throughout the greater Boston area.

We are dedicated to working collaboratively with you to meet the demand together.
