Group psychotherapy or group therapy is a form of psychotherapy done with a small group of individuals struggling with similar difficulties.
Group therapy offers a significant opportunity to connect with other students who are experiencing similar mental health concerns. By participating in group therapy, you will have the opportunity to experience a sense of connection, commonality, and support. You can learn from others while simultaneously offering support/help to them. We recognize that it can feel intimidating at the beginning of group; however, our competent clinicians will support you to get comfortable in the group setting.
We invite you to give yourself a chance to explore this transforming experience.
