There are many reasons that students seek out therapy. Sometimes, you might feel like it is time to look inside, understand yourselves better, and explore other ways of being. At other times, you might be struggling with several concerns and difficulties. Either way, we are here to support you in your journey.

In our practice, we believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship, respectful and compassionate interactions, and facilitating you in reconstructing your story with newly developed insights, meaning, emotion regulation skills, and coping strategies.
